Our Founder

Nathalie kazzi is a systems thinker and trusted advisor with over 20 years of international experience across Switzerland, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, working with startups, private enterprises, and global firms. She supports owners and leaders when speed, clarity, and alignment are essential.

She has helped founders unlock stalled funding rounds, supported private equity teams through post-acquisition leadership transitions, and guided family offices through sensitive legacy matters.

Trained as a civil and environmental engineer in France and Australia, Nathalie holds an MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business. She began her career at Shell and SGS, later leading early AI and blockchain initiatives and launching ventures across multiple markets.

Known for her calm authority and clarity under pressure, Nathalie developed the Radiance Framework, a practical lens for leadership, alignment, and decision-making. She personally leads each Blue Tree Advisors mandate, supported by a vetted international network.

She is active within international entrepreneurial and leadership communities, including YPO.
