NATHALIE KAZZI
Nathalie is a seasoned advisor and strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Her background includes pivotal roles at Shell and SGS, where she drove a 200% increase in incident reporting and expanded a compliance training line across three continents. As CEO of Blue Tree Advisors, she partners with CEOs and entrepreneurs, leveraging her extensive global network of investors, board advisors, and strategic partners. Nathalie also brings together a team of specialists and experts to provide tailored solutions that help clients achieve double-digit growth, expand into new markets, and navigate critical decisions. In her role at a leading family office, her strategic leadership grew the company to 40 employees in six locations within a year.
With a unique mix of technical and business acumen, Nathalie blends visionary strategy with practical execution.
